The Texas Municipal Utilities Association 2019 Utility Leadership and Management Conference will not only focus on topics that utility administrators face with regularity, but will introduce facilitated forums to share ideas and valuable information; benefiting utility operators faced with the increasing demands of customers and regulatory agencies.
The emphasis of the Texas Municipal Utilities Association is the leadership and management of municipal utilities, including the strengthening the relationship with administrators and members of governing bodies. The TMUA Annual Conference is a forum where members can learn from each other and benefit from their interaction with other municipal utility administrators in Texas.
The 2019 TMUA Utility Leadership and Management Conference will be held at the Westin Irving Convention Center Las Colinas, located at 400 West Las Colinas Boulevard, Irving, TX 75039.
The conference will be held at the Westin Irving Convention Center Las Colinas. The rate is $149 per night through Wednesday, May 29, at 5:00 p.m., or until TMUA’s block sells out. The rate of $149 is for single or double occupancy. Use this link to secure your room or call 1-800-433-5677 and be sure to mention the Texas Municipal Utilities Association conference block.

This year’s networking event will stay at the hotel. We’ll start with dinner followed by games of chance with casino night. If you still have energy to burn after that, you can walk next door to the Toyota Music Factory where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and music.

All sessions will be submitted to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for CEU credit. Last year, the conference was approved for 8 CEU’s. We will be submitting the sessions this year and hope to be approved for the same amount. We will update this information once we have approval.
